Patriot+ CareRing Health proudly hosted a Chat & Chew event at the Interfaith House in Germantown! It was an afternoon filled with meaningful conversations, a great meal, and excellent company among our elderly and disabled neighbors. Bringing the community together is what we’re all about, and we’re grateful for everyone who came out to connect and support one another.
